At Varnelier, customer satisfaction is a top priority. According to our return policy, refunds are only offered in the form of store credit (digital gift card).

All approved refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, redeemable for future purchases.
Cash, bank transfer, or credit card refunds are not available.

2. When Will I Receive My Store Credit?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the return status by email.
If approved, your store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returns requested after the 7-day period

  • Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable

4. Gift Cards

Refunds are issued as digital gift cards that never expire and can be used on any product in our store.
