1. Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide – wherever you are, your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 5 to 25 business days, depending on the destination country.
In remote areas, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance or logistical restrictions.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
No processing or shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Varnelier is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
All additional costs incurred during or after shipping (customs duties, taxes, import fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will be charged for reshipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
External factors such as customs inspections, courier delays, or international transport issues may affect delivery times.
